Birth Chart Now is run by one person, so replies can take a few days. There is no customer account to look up: everything you calculate stays in your browser, so please include the details below if you're asking about a specific chart.
If a chart looks wrong
The quickest way to get it checked is to send:
- the address (URL) of the page you used;
- the birth date, time and place you entered, and the house system;
- the UTC offset the page showed under the results;
- what you expected, and where you saw a different result, if anywhere.
Sending birth details by email shares them with us, unlike using the calculator. Leave out anything you'd rather not share; a made-up chart that shows the same problem works just as well. See the privacy policy for how emails are handled.
Before writing, it's worth checking the most common cause of differences between sites: the time zone or daylight saving offset for your birth. The page shows the offset it used, and you can change it.
